How To Conduct A SENDIST Appeal
***STOP PRESS***
SENDIST changed on 3 November 2008 to the 'SEND' Tribunal with new rules and procedures. For more information go to Changes to SENDIST.
Since cases lodged before this date will still follow the existing rules we are going to leave this email course available until 31 July 2009, by which time all appeals under the 'old' regime should have been heard and determined. Do NOT subscribe to this email course if you have lodged or are lodging an appeal AFTER 3 November 2008.
If you want to be automatically kept up to date with SENDIST/SEND news, please register for free by clicking here.
We hope to provide training about the new SEND Tribunal rules & procedures and regime generally early in 2009. If this is of interest to you please take a few moments to answer a few questions by clicking here.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child with special educational needs (SEN) and either currently have or potentially may have to challenge your local education authority (LEA) at some point in the future through an appeal to the Special Educational Needs & Disability Tribunal (SENDIST) then you need to sign up immediately for our FREE 7 day e-mail course on ‘How to Conduct a SENDIST Appeal’.
In it Douglas will talk you personally through all the relevant steps that happen before, during and after a SENDIST appeal in a detailed but easy to understand and follow way.
The sign up process is very straightforward but in order to ensure that your request is a genuine one we must firstly ask you to register some basic details with us.
We would also be grateful if you would be willing to tell us how you heard about us and whether you have a current appeal to the SENDIST. We do not ask for any other information from you.
As soon as you submit your details, you will immediately be sent an e-mail to the address you give us which, when verified, will automatically send you your first lesson straightaway.
We hope that you enjoy the course.
