Changes to SENDIST
We have dedicated this part of our website to provide detailed information about the changes that took effect at the SENDIST (Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal) on 3 November 2008. We continue to update it from time to time when we receive news about further changes.
You can read our latest update here about Changes to Case Management - 6 November 2009.
We provided a very successful training session earlier this year about the new SEND regime after 3 November 2008. Douglas is considering running another SEND training update next year (in either late February/early March or late April/early May 2010). If this is something of interest to you then can you quickly take a survey so we can establish interest and topics that people want to cover. We will send an email in due course with booking details. You can take the survey by clicking here or find out more about out Training and Conultancy or read What Delegates Say after receiving our training.
As a lot of information has been sent out at various times we have written a number of different pages which all link together chronologically. Whilst we would always encourage you to read all of the pages in full to get a clear understanding of what has happened, we are conscious that not everyone has the time to do this. We have therefore set out below separate links to the various pages, so that you can jump straight to the information that you are looking for.

It is clear that these changes have caused a great deal of difficulties for all users of SENDIST (or the SEND Tribunal) as well as the Tribunal themselves.
